TERMS OF SERVICE

General Terms & Conditions

  • Work is in digital form. No physical good will be shipped unless stated otherwise.

  • I retain ownership of all artwork and may use them in portfolio and promotional materials. Otherwise, it is yours after purchase to do as you please such as posting on social media (with credit), print for personal use, & promote!

  • All work is for Personal / Private use only unless otherwise agreed (ex. commercial charge). None are to be used to create any type of NFT or fed to AI generators.

  • All commissioned work will not be included in any of my goods to sell either online or at my artist alley products.

  • I have the rights to refuse if I feel I am unable to fulfill your request.

  • The client may request to revise or make small changes a total of two times.

Art Process

  • When filling in the commission form, please include references of your character.

  • Once accepted, the sketch will not start until it is fully paid by the client. First sketch will be sent via email.

  • Revision 1: Major changes (composition, pose...) can be requested only during the sketch period.

  • Lineart / Rendering will start if the sketches are confirmed.

  • Finished drawings will be sent for a final review via email.

  • Revision 2: Minor changes if any - (error on color or adding). Fees may apply to complexity of additional detail requests.

  • After everything is approved, I will send you a WeTransfer link with your files to download.

  • Commissions are usually finished within 2-3 weeks once started, but the client will receive full communication if more time is needed. (max: 1 month + depending on commission)

Payment

  • All transactions will be made via Paypal or Wise with an invoice.

  • Prices are in $CAD.

  • Commissions must be paid in full upfront.

  • Don't send any payments. I will send the invoice if your commission is accepted.

Copyright Infringement

Copyright infringement applies to my work if you:

  • Reproduce it.

  • Use it for commercial use without paying the fees.

  • Claim it as your own.

  • Remove my watermark.

  • Edit it without my consent.

REFERENCE SHEETS

Reference sheets are a great way to show off your character's diversity, whether it's through their alternative outfits or their different expressions. Only available in fully rendered style.

I will also do established fictional characters in AU forms.

  • Subbing the Head for another Bust instead will be +$5
